Terms and Conditions

Accommodation for citizens of the Russian Federation at the Hotel is processed upon presentation by the Guest of a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a document proving their identity, in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation in Decree No. 1853 of November 18, 2020 “On approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation.” (as amended by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 1, 2021).
Accommodation and registration of foreign citizens entering the territory of the Russian Federation on a visa basis is carried out within the validity period of the visa (unless another entry procedure is provided by existing bilateral governmental agreements).
Check-in at the hotel for minor citizens under 14 years of age is carried out upon presentation of the original identity documents of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or accompanying person(s) and the original birth certificate of the minor. The accompanying person is also required to provide written consent from the legal representatives or one of them, in a simple written form.
Check-in at the hotel for a minor citizen from 14 to 17 years of age inclusive is carried out provided that the minor citizen presents their original identity document and the original written consent from the legal representatives or one of them, authorizing the minor to check-in and stay independently at the hotel.
Children up to 5 years of age inclusive stay free of charge without the provision of an additional bed. For children over 6 years of age, a separate bed is provided, and payment is charged at the standard rate.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
